​Michelle Mueller, Education + Partnership Strategist

Michelle Mueller is a seasoned professional with 12 years of experience developing and implementing communications strategies for municipal government, utilities and non-profit and trade organizations. She brings a wide-range of communications experience to the table with a knack for connecting the dots to reveal the big picture. Michelle supported The City of Calgary's Water Services and Resources' communications and education programs for eight years, with nearly four of those as a member of the Citizen Programs team. Michelle has in-depth experience developing and managing integrated programs that engage stakeholders and ultimately spark connection, awareness, understanding and action. Michelle is well recognized for her ability to foster collaborative solutions and work with community and internal partners. 
 
Michelle holds Bachelor of Arts and Journalism degrees. She is certified in Public Participation (International Assoc. of Public Participation) and holds a City of Calgary Applied Project Management Certificate. She has taken numerous marketing and communications courses including community-based social marketing (Doug McKenzie-Mohr).
